Nate Terrell, LCSW

is a lead trainer for Organizational Growth, Inc. and has 25 years experience as a trainer, consultant and therapist. He received his Masters degree in Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago in 1982. He is also a therapist in private practice in Mullica Hill, NJ.

Anita Foeman, Ph.D

is a professor at West Chester University in the Department of Communication Studies and a lead trainer for Organizational Growth, Inc. She received her doctorate in communication from Temple University in 1982. She has published extensively in the areas of organizational communication, diversity and management styles.


The workshops Foeman and Terrell conduct build on the understanding and experience they have gained as partners in a multi-racial family. They have two children and live in South Jersey.

OTHER SERVICES - Terrell and Foeman also provide organizational consultation, individual coaching and mediation services.

GROUP WORK MODEL

  Experience has taught us that participant learning is maximized through a “Group Work” model which incorporates presentation, small and entire group discussion and experiential exercises such as role play.
   We view our workshops as a laboratory within which participants can identify and practice specific skills which will enhance their effectiveness and further their organization’s mission. Each workshop is specifically tailored to meet the organization’s unique needs.
